Kapittel Pater is a red-brown "single" with a narrow creamy head. This beer, like the other Kapittels, is top-fermented and is finished by the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The use of dark malts creates a pallet of chocolate and caramel, but a citrus touch is also noticeable.
