The Cuvée des Trolls was created in 2000 in the tanks of the microbrewery “Le Brasse-Temps“, then set up in Louvain-la-Neuve by Brasserie Dubuisson. It is an unfiltered blond beer with a natural veil.
The beer only contains yeast, malt, hops, sugar and water and has 7% alcohol by volume.
After adding dried orange peel during cooking, the beer develops very pleasant fruity aromas, beautifully in harmony with a fine, full-bodied taste.
