This is a complex blond beer with a fruity nose (yellow fruits), enhanced by citrus aromas (orange) and spices (cloves). In the mouth there is a nice balance between a bitter and sweet taste. The result? A full-bodied beer that still retains all its lightness.
To drink at cellar temperature (12°C), as an aperitif or with your dishes such as the famous “Lapin à la Moinette”, asparagus, as well as with our cheeses Moinette Jeune and Moinette Vieux.
