The Grisette Forest Fruits Organic 0.0 % is an alcohol-free, very light, amaranth red beer. The foam is fine and draped. The beer has real aromas of raspberry, sour cherry and black currant with the refreshing character of wheat in the background. In the mouth it is round and at the same time sweet and sour; the finish is pleasant, smooth and tasty with a grain aftertaste. The beer has a subtle bitterness.
