An American IPA, but with a Belgian twist... that's the idea behind Amer-Amer. We chose two American hop varieties, but grown in our own country.
Taste: The Belgian-American hop cones give the beer a soft bitterness and a nice balance, without losing intensity and taste. The dry-hopping with Cascade provides a rich aroma.
